# Asset and Enhancement Verification Agent
Open `/collateral-workbench` or enter through the shared Xingbang project
workspace. It verifies lease assets, insurance, deposits, guarantees, mortgages
and pledges against a versioned, published rule set.
The deterministic layer checks identifiers, ownership, registration, enforceability,
period coverage, insurance coverages, beneficiary, exclusions, deductible and
payout limits. It calculates conservative recovery scenarios with a configurable
haircut. Asset recovery and paid deposits are the only direct recovery values in
that calculation. Insurance and guarantee commitments are shown as contingent
protections and are never added to asset recovery.
Evidence files are stored locally with SHA-256, page-level extracted text and
references. PDF text extraction is supported; scanned pages require a configured
local PyMuPDF OCR tessdata directory (`XINGBANG_OCR_TESSDATA`). Extraction is
unconfirmed until a reviewer confirms each measure. Text, PDF, PNG and JPG files
are limited to 10 MB and 40 pages where applicable.
The agent can generate an explanation through the same mini-openclaw
`AgentManager` scoped tool path and `collateral_verification/SKILL.md`. The model
does not approve release, change facts, close tasks or alter confirmation state.
Failed model calls preserve the deterministic result.
Verification findings can be converted into Agent 3 follow-up tasks. A project
plan change or source update makes the result stale and requires a new evaluation.
The shared project workspace links Agent 1 through Agent 4 by project number.
